FEAST Portland: When You Want More than to Just Eat and Drink

As?the daughter of a university professor, I was brought up to believe that nothing could replace a good education. And whether that education is philosophy or science, or the philosophy and science of food and drink, learning is learning and its value is priceless.

In addition to being one of the tastiest festivals in country, FEAST Portland is also part symposium, providing a wealth of?learning opportunities to all lovers of food and drink. Whether it?s a seminar on butchering a pig, a class in making candy, or anything in between, you?ll have earned your degree in culinary magic by the time the festival weekend is over.

While the bulk?of the event is already completely sold out, a few opportunities to learn in these unique classes still remain.
